Maastown is a digital soul project that reimagines the emotional heartbeat of Rotterdam through AI. Music is shaped with Suno, video with Sora, but the core remains human — rooted in the city, fed by its rhythm, its sharp edges, and its softer moments.

Rotterdam lives in contrasts: a futuristic skyline beside the scars of 1940, a harbour that never sleeps beside neighbourhoods where the night unfolds slowly, raw clubs beside quiet quays. Maastown captures all of it in sound and image. Not a reconstruction, but a reinterpretation: the city as data, memory, humanity, and noise intertwined.

The Ghost in the Machine

Maastown explores the boundary between human creativity and artificial intelligence. Our tracks are composed with AI music tools, but the stories, emotions, and vision remain human at their core.

AI will shape an increasing part of our lives — in music, video, imagery, and poetry. Our culture will inevitably shift with it.
